We aim to please you and improve your health. That is why we have a 30-calendar-day return policy for products that are not suitable for you for any reason.

Cases where you cannot return an item

Unfortunately, we cannot help you if the product has been opened. We will also not be able to return it if it is not in its original condition — damaged or understaffed. The exception to this is if we originally sent the item to you in this condition. If this is the case, please send us photos of it before you do anything.
