You can only return a product if you have proof of payment, such as a paycheck. It is also necessary to return the item in its original packaging and retain all instructions. Once we receive the goods, we will check their status and if all conditions are met, we will refund you. And yes — do not return any products without an RMA. Please keep a paper or electronic confirmation of your online order. This will help if you need to return the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot help you if the product has been opened. We will also not be able to return it if it is not in its original condition — damaged or understaffed. The exception to this is if we originally sent the item to you in this condition. If this is the case, please send us photos of it before you do anything.
If you still haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account or your debit/credit cards first. If you still haven’t seen a transfer notification or the money, contact the bank that opened your account or issued your card. It can often take some time to process your refund information — this is normal.
